ARTICLE V

Section 1.    Rules Committee

        1.1    A special committee shall be formed which will be responsible for the competition rules used by the HMAL.

            1.1.1.1    This committee will be responsible for setting up the rules for new forms of competition.

        1.2    The Vice President in charge of Rules will preside over this committee.

        1.3    All changes to the HMAL Competition Rules must be presented for approval per Article VIII.

Section 2.    Referee & Judges Training Committee

        2.1    A special committee shall be formed which shall be responsible for Referee & Judges training.

        2.2    The Vice President in charge of Training will preside over this committee.

        2.3    All training seminars will be approved by the Officers.

Section 3.    Activities Committee

        3.1    A special committee shall be formed which shall be responsible for bringing the latest in business promotion techniques & activities ideas to all members of the organization.

        3.2    All activities will be approved by the Officers.
