Classes

 

The classes at South Central Taekwondo range from Taekwondo & Hapkido to Tai Chi & Qigong.

 

The Taekwondo classes are designed for ages 4 to adult.

 

The Musado classes are based on the Korean martial art of Hapkido.

 

Mrs. Neiman also offers classes that are a blend of Tai Chi and Qigong.
