About Us

Fitness - the health of the body is maintained through the practice of the martial arts. We provide three ways to practice for a sound body. They are Taekwondo, Musado (Hapkido) & Tai Chi/Qigong.

Not only do the martial arts help heal your body, but by reducing your stress, they help to calm the mind and spirit.

 

Nutrition - in seeking optimal health it is important to balance the body with a suitable diet and dietary supplements.

When a split second can make the difference between winning and losing, optimal nutrition can make a big difference.
